I am so restless, as I have done 100% voting and comments, on the "Green" challenge. Also a 100% vote on "Take Two", along with a 50% comments. I would love you to comment on my "two" new uploaded images, and any any others in my portfolio, and I will return the favor, re comment for comment.

&

I love visiting other peoples portfolio, as I get the chance to not only visit my regulars, but also visit new portfolios, which is great. I also enjoy re visiting some of my favorite DPC members as well.

So, come on, and give me a comment, and I may even give you "two" for "one". Now thats something you don't get everyday.....

It would be interesting seeing a triptych or collage-type picture with the various effects :)

Sherryl, I think you're suffering from "DPCitis", you know, addiction to DPC :)))))

If you're restless, go make some pictures :)

Hi Sherryl,

I left a few comments before this thread started. Just want to let you know, I still owe you at least 10. You've commented plenty on my photos already.

Thanks again!

Yes, I agree with you but our weather isn't it usual best, and also my health has also been affected, so need to stay indoors as much as possible, for the time being..... It doesn't take much for me to get chest infections... so I spend most of my time at the computer.....

Oh, I'm sorry! I hope the weather (and you) get better soon. I forgot that it is going to Winter in your part of the world.

Sherpet,

I just went and looked at your portfolio. You are an amazing photographer! I recognized several of your shots as some of my highest scorers from the challenges I have voted on. It would be silly for a newbie like me to try to suggest improvements to what you are doing. You have a great eye, and do a wonderful job with the post processing. All I can say is "keep up the great work."

Actually, I can say one more thing - please share what you know with those of us who have so much to learn. I love reading the photographer's notes on how they took a shot and what they did in post-processing to make it even better. And everyone loves feedback from those who have some wisdom to share.

This is the origional "Banana Palm" close-up, where the two images below came from, and have added it here. A couple of members, have asked me to upload the origional, for you all to see.

Information about this plant; From a distance the palm tree looks like a banana plant growing. When you get close, it has similar leaves to a banana plant, but it has a palm like trunk.
Above that, it then has branches just like a fan, which spread out with the palm leaves.
My image, is the section just above the trunk, at the base of where the branches come out like a fan.
I do hope this helps, with what the plant looks like.
