Just a note to people who think some pictures they have are not that great. Try changing the crop of the photo. I entered a challenge and the crop of the photo wasnt that good, so I messed around with it and came up with this. Let me know what you think.

Travis,

The new crop does help bring the focus on the bride and groom, but still leaves quite a bit of extraneous information in the shot. Also because the proportions are so different from a standard shot, it looks like a failed shot that you are trying to save.

Try another crop with the wall cut off behind the bride, the b&g's faces closer to the upper 1/3 level, and cuts off more of the right hand side, keeping the b&g along the 1/3 lines.

You've caught some wonderful action.

If you're planning to print you should always try to crop with the ratio that you are printing depending if you're wanting a 4x6 or 8x10. I agree with Becky, it has improved it but it could still be improved with additional cropping.
