A few people have expressed an interest in seeing my other 'Above Seattle' shots. Here they are. In another thread I had said that, in retrospect, I would have chosen another image than the one I submitted. I think either 00451 or 00452 would have been better choices. What do you think?

I vote for 452. Exellent to my eye-love everything about it. Nice work as always!!

452. Without a doubt. Everything just works in that picture, and I love the leading line to the Space Needle.

I really like the simplicity of 470 too, but I don't know how well that would have fared in the challenge

Good job!

Wow timj351, 451 is the bomb, but that's just me.... I don't have the left side of my profile page weighted down with ribbons either.... ;)
They are all good shots of Seattle.

Naaah, 452 looks like it was taken from just another tall building... But 451 looks like it was taken from "above"
(and I like the water).

I prefer 459 for the challenge. However, my fav is 446, but you would need to dodge the sparkling sea to make it perfect.

I think the strongest composition was 451 or 450.
BW caught my eye first..

459 does it for me, though the white building at the front is a little too bright. 452 is a bit too 'straight on' for the challenge but great as a photo in its own right.
I also like 447 but the detail in the shipyard would probably have suffered too much at 640x480.

At the end of the day they're *all* great shots : ) and it just goes to show how difficult selecting an entry can be!
