I got an email today telling me one of my images has been chosen as a finalist at BetterPhoto.com -
Second River - not the one I would have expected to make it to finalist stage - but exciting none the less.
Congrats to alfresco too - I saw one of his amongst the finalists also!

I got two for People category. Rosalinda a.k.a. my "texture" lady made it.
Congrats everyone. I hope the grand prize (surely not mine...they tend to like "beautiful" pictures) will come from among us.

It was a rough month....only 649 finalist in 10 categories out of 'over 26100 entries'. Imagine a challenge with that many entries! AHHHHHHHHH

Well, I made the finals for the first time too, with my "wet head" eagle!! Congrats to all the other finalists!!
