I have never bought anything from them, or signed up for anything, and I get this summer 2006 catalog...over 300 pages of goodness.

I am not paranoid, I dont really care how they got the info.

My Girlfriend tried to toss it, but I caught her. Heh.

That is such a great site in the mail isn't it. I can just see the money floating out of my pocket and into theirs but it is all good.

Hehe. I just got mine this week too. I also got a 15 pager from Calumet that looks anemic in comparison...

It's really, really not nice of them to put the 30D on the cover.

Really not nice at all.

I think i got one of those. But I also am quite sure since it looked like a catalog, I took it from the PO Box and it went immediately into the recycle bin. I only carry home bills. But I do frequent their website quite often and have made most of my camera related purchases from their site.

Don't take it into the John with you. It makes for a long sit time.

I got mine last week and was drooling over some of the stuff that I can't afford. They sure sell a lot of different types of things don't they?

I get one about every three months. I love it like my grandfather loved the sears catalog 70 years ago.

Here is a fun thing to do with it. After looking through it don't throw it away. Get a paper and pen or print it off on your computer. Look at the cameras and other things you are interested in and put on paper what you think they will be like in 10 years or even 5 years. Date and fold the paper and put inside the catalog. Now put both inside of a large freezer bag. In ten or five years see how much things change compared to what you think. Don't forget to put down the prices you think they will be.

We did that a Radio Shack back in 1993 with a catalog on computers.
In 1993 the top selling computer for Radio shack was it's Tandy 3100. It was 25mhz with a 210 mb hard drive with 4 megs of ram. You had to purchase your own 2x cd-rom and install if you wanted one. Sold for $1295.00 with monitor.

We wrote down on paper that in 10 years the computer would be:
100 Mhz
1000 MB hd
24 Mb Ram
and the price would be around $2500. Boy were we wrong!

Ok so I love this catelog like an 17 yr old boy loves the Victoria secreats catelog...

This month I have already orderdc a new thin Hoya polaizer for my 12-24 mm lense. An additional battery for my D10O and a few misc items...

It is like Christmans every 3 months.

I got one a couple days ago, straight into the recycling. I've told them in the past not to send them but they keep coming. Such a waste.
