| So i brought my CF card to work with me today at best buy so i could take my enviornmental portrait shot with the 30D... I go thought my day snap a couple of nice shots i come home and realized I didnt set the date in the camera to today, so now i cant enter them... oh well ill try again tomorrow and hopfully wont have a braindead moment again |

Bummer... ya might not give info where you work though... it could compromise the voting...

I guess it might come from the idea that the voting process is supposed to be anonymous.

I still don't think it really matters unless the shot has a giant "Best Buy" sign in the background. lol.

Before this goes too off subject....
Always check your date. Its important. I felt like a fool when I won a ribbon and the photo was DQ'd cause the date was off by eons.
Just check it, it may cost ya.

Dang... didnt expect to get things stirred up here... I was just trying to help... best buy is a recognizable store... and if shooting for an environmental shot, parts of the recognizable store just might get in there....
