I would have voted this very high. I think it is good considering what you had to do to get the final shot. It would be fun to see the other tries. ;) Sonja

I think if the fans would go on strike, the ball players would never do it again :)

Appears she deleted it.........and all her posts referencing the photo. Must be going to enter it in the candid challenge after all. I would liked to have seen too. Well...we all know the competition will include a ***edited, by request, to retain anonymity". That's going to be hard to beat even with the most awesome photographic talent. ;'-D

I saw it and and I can't blame her if she does submit. It was one of those spur of the moment, laugh your head off ten years later when you see it again photos. I really hope she shares it again with us cause my son would really get a kick out of seeing this. |

Terry,
At this time, the anonymity requirement is site etiquette only but is not stated in the rules. While discussion of a photo entered in the challenge is strongly discouraged, it has not to this point been treated as a rules violations, especially since it currently isn't one. I see no reason to treat this any differently, especially since at the time it was posted the user did not intend to submit the photo.

Yes, I got quite a few email requests to get rid of the thread and post the photo. Terry, if you don't like it, give it a 1. But don't give it a 1 just because I unintentionally broke the "etiquette" rule. I was NOT intending to enter this photo. However, after getting 9 emails saying that I HAD to enter the photo, I deleted anything in the thread that revealed which my photo was, I edited it and entered it. Everything was deleted intentinally, I even wrote another member asking them to delete the reference to my photo as well. They did as to keep the "anonyminity" (sp). I apologise if this upsets anyone, But I tried. |

Damn, now that I know what Heather's picture is about, it seems silly to enter mine... it's of the same dang thing! (So much for once in a lifetime, huh?)
