Trying to find out a good video editing program. Want to shoot some short movies and need to edit it. Anyone know anything?

I love Pinnacle Studio. I am still working on Version 8 but I think they're up to 9 or 10 now.

roxio videowave 7 works great for me - but I would love to get my hands on Adobe Premiere. Alot of other cool options to play with.
I just purchased my first digital camcorder. I have been using an old Sony super 8. Bought my last computer with an analog capture card and it did a really good job. Picture was clearer than I expected. And the Roxio program did a great job overall. ($20 on ebay last I checked).

Adobe Premiere 7.0, has been my baby for years. I haven't found anything else that does it as well.
