Started with a seven but I would be ecstatic if I stayed around here. Higher would be better but this could be a top 4 photo in my profile. Whooh hooh!!! (Let's see how I am feeling in the morning).

Did you folks ever consider that posting scores this early could give some voters a sense of power to play with your heads? What's to stop someone from doing that just to see the sense of panic here? (Not me, of course, and I'm not even in the challenge, but looking down at the scores, it's possible someone's doing it.)

| I think early voters feel omnipotent...and they must be the best photographers here, because they feel able to give out very low scores...I wish I was as talented. |

That is a possiblity but I have found with my shots anyway that I usually stay within .5 of my original 20 votes, up or down. It rarely goes outside that zone in all the challenges I have entered.
But that's just me :)

I agree. DPC is making me sick. Going to bed now. We'll see if what I thought was my best shot I have taken so far improves from my worst score on DPC. |

I read ya man - I just started entering the competitions and thought I was an okay photographer. This second one is devastating - 3.6667 after 24 votes. Rushed to enter something and it shows. Humbling to say the least.

`what you all moaning about, Ive voted on all and dont think i've gone under 5. Left a few comments and one or two favorites.will likely comment on more as time allows. and David Bailey is my Hero....=
