well I have recieved a validation request for my "Toy" challenge, sent in the original and now awaiting clearance.
hoping my score will sky rocket once I get the clearance !!!!! |

| Ijust recieved my first DQ in the "toy" challenge. I did not have the date set on my camera. What a bummer! My entry was doing pretty good (for me)to. Believe me it will be checked from now on! |

I found the opposite. When I had an image validated, the score went up by about 0.5 in the last 2 days of voting.

I'm wondering if anyone has every self validated just to have the validated words posted to receive a higher score. |

No, because we don't allow that -- we don't put on the note unless there's some actual reason it might be indicated. |
