Several of you may recall back in December that my friend Julie Whitt passed away after complications from a double lung transplant.
In January of this year I dedicated a 12 week Body for Life Challenge in her memory.
I had a pretty good 12 weeks, and wanted to share with the rest of the class.

way to go Clara! I am sure you feel very proud and rightly so, you have done an awesome job. Your friend would be so proud and i am sure she is smiling at you from heaven.

I too have started walking again, 1 to 1.5 miles every other day, not going to kill myself right out of the gate considering my knee is almost shot and my hip won't take much more than that to start.
Keep it up!

Wow...that is amazing.... you are so toned up. That's my next step, I have lost 58lbs in 24wks on LAWL.
Your friend would be proud of you, and you should be proud of yourself!

| I remember reading that and I was inspired by the story (then I went to bed and my short term memory loss took over). Way to go, Clara! I agree with some others that you weren't all that outta shape before, but you're looking good! All you need is some cheese on your upper lip and you'd be all that! :) Congrats! |
