Me, I'm sitting rather happily on a 5.9, realizing it's way above my average and yet will probably land me squarely in the bottom 20% in this challenge. And I'm not about to complain about that at all.
I do think this one needs more than three ribbons, though. I suspect the scores won't hit 6's until the second page of the results.

I too am running around 5.9 and is very happy where I am at. Would like to see a 6. I suspect I will be in the bottom 20%. |

So at what point do you pretty much say to yourself that the score is not gonna change anymore? My score is now only changing by 1/100 of a point at the most either way (as long as the trolls stay away). I would love to see a bump up a tenth or two but I figure it probably wont happen. Would be nice though - maybe get me in top 10.
Still havent heard from my original maker yet. I hope he/she sees it (and then likes it). |

Getting along OK, not as well as I'd hoped since I put a lot more work into this one than usual. I think some are disapointed it is not a stab at an exact copy, which would be near impossible, and not needed in my understanding of 'tribute'. But I'm real happy for the chance of finally maybe breaking the '7' barrier (fingers crossed)! Though it kinda makes sense, I have to say I'm blown away with the jump in the level of quality. I have to say I learned a lot about lighting myself, while trying to emulate my momentary mentor :)
