It seems like these head-to-head challenges have injected a bit of excitement into the forums. I would like to run a trial league while I am hiatusing (is that even a word) from shooting. In this trial I limited the entries to the âbest of the bestâ. This was in order to stem the tide and have a relatively even skill level.
The first season of the ELIMINATION LEAGUE OF DEATH
Entry Requirements:
Must have ONE of the following:
1) One ribbon
2) Three Top 10s
3) An average score received of 5.9
Format:
The 16 slots will be placed head to head in single elimination format. The advanced editing member challenge will be the contest of choice beginning with the challenge announced MARCH 27th. Contestants will submit their entry as normal. Highest score advances. After week 1, the 8 remaining slots will again go head to head in the next member challenge. This will continue until we crown a winner.
I am the Supreme Overlord ⢠of this competition and thus will be the final arbiter of rules and format.
Trash talking is encouraged. There is no prohibition on posting scores although there is also no requirement either. Non-entry or DQ will obviously lead to a loss.
The first round pairings
Kiwiness vs. cheekymunky
Judi vs. Bear Music
shanksware vs. Ecce Signum
Little King vs. Rikki
ursula vs. RANDOD300
spydr vs. Brent Ward
sir bazz vs. Qart
mattmac vs. Pedro
I will introduce the contestants over the next day or so. Remember, this starts with the challenge announced on March 27th.

If everybody chips in would break down to something like this. If people want to we can drop the fee in half and/or pay out to more spots. But if everybody paypals me the entry, I'll pay out the winners at the end.
so $20x16= $320
1st= $170
2nd= $100
3rd= $50

It would be easier to paypal the entry fees to me though as it will save having to send the majority back to my account at the end.
