| As a native Memphian, an University of Memphis alumni (It was called Memphis State in my day), and a resident of the campus area I really hope they get knocked out of the first round. I can't stand all the hoopla, it's just a game. Plus with Memphis' track record for cracking under pressure there would probably be riots in the streets if they won. I say change the channel and watch something worth watching like a good documentary. |

did you guys hear on the news that American companys are estimated to lose 4bn dollars this month due to march madness, and alot of companies are blocking out sports websites. its interesting to think aboutit,
employees will just use there cell phones to get scores, or use the break room to watch the game, hal lol

Shoot! I had Iowa picked for the final four. :( Well see if Northern Iowa does any better against Georgetown. I picked them as an underdog, for one round only.

Anyone else confused on the bracket scoring?
I went intoday tied for the lead..
I won both Florida and Duke games-- And now I'm 3rd??

i'm a bit confused too...i dont understand the 'best score' and 'best correct' at all. but it seems the early games are what are keeping me afloat right now. i got duke and florida also, but i was 23-8 the first round which accounts for the score of 56. you must have been 22-9 right? im only guessing, i didn't go through and count. :) but we both picked the same so far in the second round so it makes sense. i assume for shane to have a score of 58 and be in first place, and he seems to also have picked duke and fla, then he must have been 24-7 the first round. maybe?? if this isn't correct then i have absolutely no idea!
my brain hurts.

my roommate and i just thought it was fun to watch a game with brad pitt's name on the screen. although i thought it would have been much nicer if there were two teams named colin and farrell playing each other. sigh, girls. ;)
my brackets are such a total trainwreck at this point that i've decided i'm over it and willing to toss over ucla for gonzaga in the final 4 just to be able to watch morrison and reddick play each other. *that* would be fun. :) |
