This thing appears to be really AWESOME! I can't print anything over 8.5x11 but viewing print size in CS is wonderful. For the one or two images I want enlarged, this is going to do it.

I think that I will fork over the cost for this, but I am wondering a couple things.

1. onOne site has GF 4.1 and GF PrintPro 4.1 what are the differences?
2. Are there any tests that I can try to really put it through the ringer?

If you really want to give it a hard time to see what it can do, resize to 20x30 and print a crop.

Just tried this one and it's prompting me to search out some NR software.

I shot my daughter and her friends at the park yesterday @ 800 ISO on my 20D. The prints @ 4x6 didn't show the noise, 8x12 on screen I can tell it's there, but the 20x30 upscale and print 4x6 crop, I can see it (barely albeit - wife doesn't see it)

This thing is GREAT!

Sorry, I didn't check the thread until today.

onOne is found @ //www.ononesoftware.com/

The are the 'current' distributors/owners of Genuine Fractals.

Downloads page is easy to find.

You should also look at PhotoZoom Professional - there's also a downloadable demo.

my stock agency has encouraged me to get the pro version of GF, I like it, I cannot really tell you why it is better tho. I was also told to make sure the images you run thru GF are tack sharp to start with : )

happy enlarging!
