Some of that was the thread that went on forever about how flags and wind was a sell out and too easy.....blah blah. I entered the same contest and did not fair well. Some did okay though.
I love flag shots and the way they interact with the wind. But I most certainly understand those that dont, thats cool. And props to Pixl Mastr WannaB for not wanting to turn this into some kind of rant.

FWIW, I would have given the Mappelthorpe peice a 5 or 6.
It's alright, but doesn't do anything for me.
And there's where individual tastes come in. It only takes one person to buy something. So only one person has to like it.
To win a challenge, you need to get the majority to like it. |
