I'm nothing if not consistent. I have two on my home page - Country Life and Virtues. Both are 5.29xx

LOL we've all been there. Okay maybe I should speak for myself. I've been there. Hmmm my wildlife challenge entry was there. I'm at a 5.333 now. Best I've ever done and it really hasn't budged since this morning. I'm thrilled with that lol.

I can't wait for this challenge to be over as i am completely confused why my image is suffering. I think it's the subject matter as i think my shot is technically good. It's not a ribbon winner by any chance but I think there seems to be a general consensus regarding the subject I chose.

apathy comes to mind.

The scores fluctuate by every vote. It's either a solid 2 or 3 or a high 8, 9, or 10. Nothing much in between, at least from what I've seen.

As i've mentioned in my comment write up, I really don't care about the scores this time as I am entering this image due to more personal reasons.

Anyway, back to your scheduled program.

Woo hoo - my Virtues score has raced past my Country Life score! It's 5.38 to 5.27!

Okay I don't usually take things too seriously here and every comment I've ever received has been very helpful. But I just received one from a hidden nonetheless and I'd really like to have words with them lol.

that's all it said.

I mean how lame is that? Furthermore I'd really like to see some of their work, just so I can see what kind of work someone so shallow can put up.

Hey, I've got a brown ribbon under my belt! :-) I wear it with pride because I went back to the same location and reshot it for another challenge - and it's my highest scoring image so far (top 10). So good things can come from them!

well this one died so i'm bring it back to life lol.

I was above a 5.5 for the first time ever- 5.549 to be exact. Checked back later in the day and now I'm down to a 5.479. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will go about a 5.5 again.

how is everyone else doing?

See, now THIS is where the action is - the low to mid 5's. Talk about your nail biters!! Those poor folks sitting on 6 or better just don't know what they're missing...

And for the record, I still like mine just fine.
