He just didn't want you going to his house and finding out about his wife and 3 kids. |

Laurie, you were closest to correct. After speaking with him again today, he explained that what he meant was us cooking together (or him cooking if I didn't want to) so he could meet my family. I guess its sweet, just seems a bit rushed for 2nd date. I've agreed to the dinner - but as I'm already a bit on edge... well I just hope it goes better than my expectations.

 JP - not funny! heheee :P |

Nada here. Hubby is away (Whitby, England). He was sweet though and left a card on the dresser, which he emailed me about today. I'm a horrible spouse, didn't get him or my daughters anything!!! However, it is my oldest daughter's birthday today, which we celebrated last Friday and hubby's is 2/22 which we celebrated at the same time because he left for the UK the next day. I'm bah humbug about most holidays. I like buying people gifts but I'm not a card person (someone else's sentiments). I don't like being told today (or any other holiday) is what counts. I'd prefer to buy someone a gift whenever I feel like it, not on the day everyone else celebrates.

		| My wife got some cute Valentine photos done of our boy at Picture People. Maybe she's trying to politely tell me that some 17 y/o kid at the mall takes better photos than me. :-( |

Hey, I *love* Whitby, shame you can't be there... it's quite a romantic place. What's he up to there?
