I did this little experiment without telling anyone. I wanted to see how DPC voted abstracts in different challenges, so I entered three different shots in three different challenges...Blue II, Free Stufy, and the Abstract challenge. Here are the results:
Blue II
Place: 254 out of 434

I find the results kind of interesting....the one that specifically met the challenge scored four tenths higher than the other ones or so. I actually think that the Bluu II entry is the best photo out of the three, yet it was scored the lowest.
Anyway....I didn't enter the pictures to score highly, obviously, but it was fun to see how differently they were interpreted for each challenge. Needless to say...this will be my last experiment around here for awhile, my average doesn't like it too much, lol. So...back to your regularly scheduled Caleb from now on....

| Fun experiment. I like all the shots and think they make a great series put together. No surprise that the one in the abstract challenge did a little better. I agree that the Blue II is the best of them. |

Interesting!! I scored your Blue entry a 7, your Free Study a 6 and your Abstract entry a 9. And now looking at all 3 of them together I know why.....I prefer the Abstract entry the best, I think it has less blur (I am not a fan of blur) and is sharper and just more interesting.
