Can you batch/action raw files (canon) with Adobe Photoshop CS2
Opening raw files, set image size, save as jpg and close, do next photo... |

| Yes. I believe you have to open all files at once. |

You don't need to open them all.
You can set the conversion in bridge, then use the 'image processor' tool to automate the creation of jpegs at a given size.
