I hope all goes well.
About what laurielblack and Kadi said -- that is my mom's "Grandmother Handbook" in a nutshell.
True story -- Neither my husband or I were allowed to jump on the bed growing up. Never. Not at all. Don't even try it. My mom taught my son and his cousins how to do it! Then, not to be outdone, my MIL joined in the act. Both kids jump away -- on the bed, the furniture, wherever they want. |

I'm jealous. I want to be a grandma so bad but my girls aren't making it happen. One's been married 7 years and the other only since Aug. Maybe one day.
Congratualtions Di. 2 in one year. Your family is going to have a blast. My brother, sis, and I all had one within 8 months of each other and our family get togethers were so much fun. |

| Well my Son was married in October..... AND STILL NO GRANDCHILDREN..... We slow at everything in UK. :-) |

your husband is only 45! my parents are much older and they won't be getting kids for at least another 10 years (though probably not at all).

| Not from personal experience .. but grandparents rule is that you have to remember you can always give them back :) |

| Aweeeeeeeeeeeeeeee how wonderful for you, Di! I'm sure you'll LOVE being a grandparent - I hear its sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much easier than parent - I can't wait to see for myself...... in another 10 years or so :) |
