Hoping to get a quick answer on this.
Are time zones taken into account for challenge entries ?
I've never entered a speed challenge before and the time stamp on my entry is outside the DPC server time window.

When looking at the date and time, we do take into account where the person lives.

Im new to the site myself but i think i remember reading that it is for at least contest enteries

...so long as the photographer provides that information in either the photo details or his or her profile of course!
