Anybody wanna go scuba diving with me?

Sure, I'll be back in the caribbean on thursday so just stop by. Well, finish your open water first then stop by, then I'll help you get your advanced...

And some people think photography is an addiction...

Have fun!

We'll be on the Pacific side this year. We're already planning a trip back to Belize and Cozumel for next year though, so maybe we'll see you there.

It may not be as addicting as diving, but it must be close. I don't even have my C-card yet and I'm already planning on buying an Ikelite housing and strobe for my 10D. :)

Hehe... spend the little extra money and get a Sea & Sea housing if you're gonna dive with it alot, i've seen ALOT of Ikelites flood... truely a horrible look to see on a divers face at 100' when their housing starts filling up and they look towards the surface with this "if I drop my weights and inflate my BCD alllll the way I bet I can surface fast enough to save my camera...." look. Not that I blame them, I'd feel the same way... :-)

wOOt!

Scuba/photog get together!

Anytime you're in Canada, here is great diving in Ontario (and the martimes and in BC)

How about a Utila, Honduras get together. Great diving and CHEAP. The last time I was there I spent less than $1000 for 10 days of diving, airfare from New Orleans, & hotel. Here's the view from Trudy's Hotel ($15 a night with air conditioning).

Drowning your camera would really suck, wouldn't it? :)

Do you use your 10D underwater?

Ohh yes! How about a GTG in the Bahamas for a Tiger Shark Adventure photo shoot?

What kind of water temps do you normally get around there? I would guess that that's strictly drysuit country. I think I'd prefer to stick with warm water diving for a while.

Get yourself over to Sharm on the Red Sea and I'll take you up on the offer.

That sounds totally awesome!

So many awesome places to dive, and so little time and money. :)

I used to, then I switched to an Olympus 8080 P&S and regretted it... now I'm saving for a new system.

Me and my friends dive almost everyday but admittedly alot of it is for work or free diving for lobster...

My heart bleeds for you. :)

What do you think, is this one better?

Come to Wisconsin, it's Ice Diving season right now. The water is crystal clear under the ice.

hmmm.. that made me think, do underwater housings come with temperature ratings?

I believe so. They usually come with depth and temperature recommendations in the instruction manual

I'm saving for a system like this one, whatever camera it may use when I'm done saving the money. Probably a year from now...
Info @ Sea & Sea
system photo

Yeah, I like your second pic better, looks more underwatery.

I think this is the only one I have of me with mask and snorkle...
