Good, too many anti-oxidents.

Would someone who hates Westerners be an anti-occident?

I am getting old lol...the boys and I were in the game of all games of capture the flag with snowballs as ammo, when all of sudden pop goes the weasel all over my quad. Buddy it hurts like fire lol I am sitting on ice as we speak.

That's what happens when you stop exercising. I screwed up my ankle, and almost blew a disc in my back trying to keep up with teenagers.

I'm mostly better now, but my ankle doesn't like weather changes, and my back suffers from picking up kids all the time still. If i try to bend from the knees more, my ankle hurts more. It's a viscious cycle. :-/

My boys are getting faster as they get old. I use to be able to go out and jog around but now I have to be Jesse Owens out there, can't do it anymore.

did you wrap it?

"For immediate relief, follow the R.I.C.E. treatment plan. Rest, Ice, Compression and elevation are the best immediate treatment for all pulls and strains. Once activity is started again, ice the muscle after exercise to reduce any swelling. An anti-inflammatory can be helpful to reduce pain and inflammation. After applying the ice, wrap your thigh in an ACE bandage to keep it compressed.

If running is continued during recovery, it must be easy, without sudden sprints. Pay attention to signs of pain or increased tenderness, and reduce exercise if any develops. Proper stretching of the quadriceps is essential. Stretch gently, but thoroughly. Never force a stretch. Following such a treatment plan will generally allow a return to activity within two or three weeks. "

While that is medically correct, I find a few shots of Jack helps also

Man I can tell ya, do your stretches, get some physical therapy if the insurance will cover it. If you just sit on it while it hurts too much, you'll just take longer to fully recover.

Okay okay, first day, yeah. Massive amounts of painkillers, Jack if you drink it. ;O) But RICE it and then get a drink before you're too drunk to deal with it.
