I'm thrilled to have National Wildlife Federation buy one of my pictures for use in their 70th anniversary issue. It's not so much the bucks, but more importantly to some how contribute to the conservation of the American Bald Eagle. The magazine features 7 species that have benefitted from the efforts of NWF.
They also bought rights to use it on their website to promote the magazine. National Wildlife Federation website
We really need to do all we can to preserve them.

Very prestigious Grayce! I have belonged to this organization for awhile. Funny, I have never submitted a photo to them. Maybe that will change now that I see your success. But now how do I take such a wonderful shot as you?
Congratulations!

The picture they chose, of mine, was of a captive bird being rehabilitated. It was during a demonstration of wildlife. For those of you near the Treasure Coast of Florida, the Fort Pierce Inlet State park is actually sponsoring an event this Saturday at which will be some wildlife as well. Could be a good opportunity for those interested.
I'll have an exhibition of my framed prints, and note cards for sale as well. If any of you come, be certain to say "hi" to me.
