I realized that the thread I started about this yesterday was in the worng place so maybe this will help. Storm Thorgerson is a famous graphic designer and photogrpaher who has been involved with many of the most popular album covers ever made. He did a lot of Pink Floyd stuff and most recently Audioslave and Muse. I think it would be very interesting to have a challenge where we must try to imitate his very surrealistic style.

So I'm sitting on the couch watching a show on VH1 about the making of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" album. Storm comes on and talks about doing the cover; being a huge Floyd (and of course photography!) fan I had to look him up to see what else he did. He has some very awesome stuff. He did a ton of album covers through the years. I remember just staring at and getting lost in this Zepplin cover as a kid...just great stuff.
So I did a search on DPC and found that over 6 years ago  Mstarkey suggested this as a challenge...so...I would like to give that a big +1

| I just read that Storm passed away today. It would be awesome to have this challenge in honor of this great artist |
