no i did triceps, calves, lunges, hamstring, gluts, abs and girly pushups because my wrists and shoulders are too whimpy for real ones for 90 minutes :p

Black bear are not like that Jeff - they are actually very people shy and would sooner run away from you then attack you.

yeh we have black bears here. A baby one fell out of the forest (we are on the side of a forest) and rolled onto the road and ran away from us

i actually havent done anything with it. I was just starting to play with it last night when rob came home in a bad mood so i went to bed. And i havent been back to it yet.
