Anyways mine is up for today and I wanted to mention here that I looked at everyone's over the weekend and everybody isd doing a great job. I am really lucky to be associated with all of you pros.

Thanks for the comments. I have commented on a few but since I use smugmug.com as my PaD not Blogger I'm not able to comment on some peoples Pad because they only allow comments with a blogger account :(

I think you can quote as a guest or anonymous and then jsut sign your name in the comments part so people know who it is

Argh!!! Buzznet is giving me a headache tonight! I've tried loading my photo like 4 or 5 times and it keeps timing out on me. I have a feeling that the next time I check it, I'm gonna have about 5 posts of the same photo. Sad thing is, it's a totally boring one. :-)
Damn you Buzznet!!!! But on a cool note, yesterdays PAD is a Buzznet featured photo!! Woo Hoo! :-) Thanks to whoever nominated it (if it was one of you guys) ;-)

Greetings...I was turned on to this great blog concept and would love to join in. My new blog is //cjhowler.blogspot.com/ I posted a picture to start and then got lost. I will be back in starting today and will be posting daily.

I take pictures everyday but it may be a two or three days before I get it edited and online. Does that count?

I am taking, processing and posting every day so far. I hope to keep it up all year, but I know there will be a time when I don't have internet access and will not be able to post.
More than that though, I want to thank everyone who has been taking the time to comment, not only on my images, but all around. Part of the fun of this project is seeing the comments left by others on my (and others') photos... I find even in this environment, I am learning a lot from others and even picking up ideas for shooting/processing etc. I think the commenting is a large part of what keeps me doing this. So, to all of you who are actively participating and commenting: THANK YOU!

Great job, Chuck. I agree, the comments (yours especially) have been very motivating. I'm sort of thinking of this in a competitive sense (I'm very competitive) so when I don't feel like doing my PAD I just remember that all of you are doing well and keeping up with it and I don't want to 'lose' and let everyone get ahead of me. :-)
Good luck everyone. Keep up the good work. We've almost finished our first month!

I think you can quote as a guest or anonymous and then just sign your name in the comments part so people know who it is |
Some photographers have there POTD blog set to accept Anonymous or guest and you put in your username and website but a lot of people don't. I have seen some wonderful photographs I would like to comment on and have sent a few via PM. But I would like to be able to leave comments.

There are a few people on the PAD list that have not posted in quite a while. I have modified my list to remove their links, as I have plenty to go through when commenting and I'm trying to eliminate a few clicks. I know Saracat's situation, and I will leave her on my list, but F-32 and Fstopopen haven't posted in a while, so I have removed them. If you are planning on rejoining the PAD, let me know and I will add you back. Also, Acrotide's PAD is not on the current list of links, but I have gone ahead and added him to my links list. If anyone wants the code for the template, let me know.
