...To view, vote, and COMMENT on 100% of the images in the Burst of Color challenge. Yes, that's right, 100% of them! So far, I've voted and commented on about half of the 241 entries (It's amazing how work related boredom can inspire one to do great things lol) If I haven't gotten to your entry yet, well, I will eventually. Wish me luck folks!
PS - Some great photos in this challenge!

I got your comment as well. You nailed my lighting setup exactly and noticed a flaw that I had noticed as well. Good eye.

Mission accomplished! 240 votes and comments! Excluding, of course, my own entry which is sitting at 4.7 with only 1 comment LMAO (ironic, isn't it). I'll also apologize in advance if I've made any assumptions or critiques that are way off base. I can only go by my own knowledge and experience of photgraphy and post-processing when critiquing.
And thanks to everyone who entered this challenge. It was really quite a pleasure to look at these entries and, in doing so, I think I know why my own entry is doing so poorly. One can definitely gain a new perspective on their own photography after an exercise like this and gain an appreciation for the caliber of the DPC community as a whole :) |

Well you certainly nailed mine. Appreciate the comment alot. The time you took to do that will pay off in your scores tri-fold. You have a great eye from what I have seen in your comments. Putting that to use in your own photos has worked for you in the past from looking at your profile. Nicely done.

I plan to vote on every single entry, for "All the Best of 2005"
That is, if my health survives.
I am so looking forward to when the entries are closed, and ready to be voted on..... I hope I make it .....
