Okay Sports Fans-- Less than an hour away from Kick-Off!!
Who's your pick, USC or Texas..
I'll take Texas by 7 in a high scoring game, something like USC 34-- Texas 41. |

| If it is smash mouth Texas for sure but if it is a shoot out USC rrr I mean Reggie Bush will win. |

| I'd love to see USC lose, but it ain't happening this year unless they get a lot of unlucky bounces. |

Admittedly all I've seen of Texas was on ESPN replays and a little of the Ohio State game but I'm gonna go with the tried & true. USC 42 Texas 35 and I think Texas will have to score their last touchdown in the final 2 minutes to get it that close.
Herbstreit's comments about Texas jumping out to a lead by halftime sounded like something that could happen but I just think USC will have the ability to fight back all game and the creativity to generate surprising plays with several players while the Longhorns appear (from my limited exposure) to depend on Young's ability to create plays.

| Thats a very valid point, but I will also contend that they have not had to come back on a team like texas either! |

| The Rubbers never played a defense like Texas but it is soo sloppy it is still anyones game but it will come down to the best defense and Texas has that. |
