How do I take a color pic and remove the color to make it black and white and then erase parts to show the color from underneath? |

Youc an take your picture, and using a layer (many people like channel mixer) make a b&w version.
Then, with layer masks as illustrated in this tutorial you can erase on the b&w mask and then the color will show thorugh.
I'm sure some of the other PS gurus have better ways of doing it...
