I am selling a 1D Mark II that I had bought earlier this year. I have a 1Ds Mark II and since getting this body last summer I have not used the 1D Mk II. The body is in EX+ condition with no scratches, ding or wear marks. It is operationally 100%. The actuation count is a low 8352.
I am asking $3000 for the body.
Check out my eBay feedback history for a little peace of mind.
Will post pictures later this afternoon.

I would give some consideration for a G6. I need one of those.

G6 with the constant f/2 max aperture and 7.1 Mp I think would be great for candid photography. I have to have one before Mardi Gras. I would draw less attention walking down the streets of Mobile with a double-barrel shotgun then I get carrying a 1 series camera with the 85/1.2. With the setup I have I get the images, but few are really candid.

Have you looked at the Epson R-D1 rangefinder ?

Might be a great candid digital camera, though it seems kinda quirky.
Analog dials look funky, but the need for the manual 'film wind on' is
bizzare.
High ISO performance seems a bit suspect too, but has the classic rangefinder style and low profile. |

Yes, I waited for that camera to hit the market. Way over priced for the image quality IMO. The G6 resovles much better for about 1/5 the price.
Anyway that is all moot unless I sell the 1D Mk II. My budget for cameras and equipment this year is maxed. (of course next year is only a few hours away) |

I can fork over about $70. Think that's close enough? |

if we're going to start making crazy offers, i'd gladly trade my original 1D towards it, but i really don't have $$$ to cover the difference. Would u like to trade for say... cycling racing wheels, or tires lol... |

The only thing I have to trade is a 1997 Honda Civic, but I still need to go to work for now so.... :O(
