Lol...rikki I was thinking about doing a self portrait exactly like yours and entering it in the Username challenge even though it doesn't really fit, I just thought it would be funny....

here's a quick lesson :-)
right click on the picture you want to post, then click on properties. when that window opens, there should be a number at the end of the url address, make note of that number (just the number) then when you open up the post dialogue box, click on the fifth little icon that looks like 2 squares (there will be a B, i, a picture, a globe, then the 2 squares) put in the number from before. then click ok.
for instance, the pic I just posted, the number is 252051, if you right click, then look at properties on it, you will see where the number you need is.
