I'm making a run to bolster the bottom half of my challenge score. I did a 5 minute setup and shoot last night for collections, and am paying for it now!

I'm happily surprised and pleased with my score thus far. Personally, this is one of my favorite photos I've entered in a challenge - keeping my fingers crossed it can stay in the 5 range.

falling into mediocrity once again... although there are quite a bit in there that aren't really classified as a collection so I can't quite see why mine is tanking... oh well...

dropped quit a bit from last night, but i'm happy enough... maybe people will take a second look and realize that they really shouldn't be voting less than a 6 on this obvious masterpiece...

I collect everything! Have for years! So saw this challenge and thought "that's for me!" But between a very hectic week and quite a few dissapointing shots, I didn't enter. This was my favorite of those collectibles I did shoot. Doubt it would have scored more than average.

Cindi you should have entered it. I think it's much much better than many that were entered.
I collect shot glasses and have over 300 from all over the place. Not from me being a world traveler but my mom owned a travel agency for 30 years and my best friend was a flight attendent so many were given to me by them. I couldn't get any good shots (no pun intended) I liked plus I figured there would be several shot glass collections so I didn't enter. Even using my soft box I couldn't get rid of so much reflection on them.

Did you fiddle with a polarizer? Might have messed up your mirror reflection though... |
