Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM

I am using PScs2, I have just got it. I was wondering if someone,could give a quick run thru on using actions. I downloaded draganizer, but cant use it...HELP !!

First, you have to install the action. After you download it, go to the actions tab and click the little arrow in the upper right corner. Now select LOAD ACTION.

Ask for more help if you need it :)

did you put it in the right file? adobe, presets, actions?

Unsure if the actions have to be stored there, but it is a good idea for tracking purposes to store the physical .atn actions files here:
...Adobe->Photoshop->Presets->Photoshop Actions

I loaded it, but still no luck. "Draganizer" is what I am trying to use, if you can give any more advise, or point me in the direction of a tutorial/thread I would be greatuful.

Once it's loaded and you can see it in the actions menu (have you come this far?) and you open the photo you want to run the action on, you'll select the action in the menu and at the bottom are the little controls - stop, play, record, etc. Hit play (the triangle) and it should run the action.

I hit play, and get no response. I may try to load it again. I don't know?

Also, this page looks like it has quite a tutorial on actions but I've not used it so I don't know how good it is.

Try reloading it.

I sometimes have to load actions twice to get them to work

YOu can't run it if you're on the NAME of the action (that's the folder name basically); you need to click on the first step of the action below the name and run it from there, mostly. There should be a little down arrow under the name of the action, and you click that to unroll the whole thing and see your starting point.
