| When I first ran across the site - I found that you could enter some challenges for free, but when basic editing no longer satisfied (the next day), you have no choice but to pay and become a member - then you're hooked - they've got you. It could happen to anyone. |

I had too many adult beverages one evening and woke up here the next morning, naked and with a smile on my face. So I decided to stick around and see what happened next. I did put my pants back on.

Short answer is Google - My film SLR started dying, so I had a look at digital SLR's (I had not been seriously watching but knew they were dropping in price) and found one that was almost an equal to my film SLR in features at a price that I could deal with. Now in the digital mind set, I was planning a trip to DC so found this place - actually the DC GTG thread - looking for tips while there. It's been about 6 months here and I am starting to realise that I now have a problem :-)
While I had always been interested in photography and had a nice SLR by most peoples standards, I am finding that digital is more adictive and unfortunatly a LOT more expensive in some ways. |

no actually, I was searching some engine blindly for the camera I was researching, or owned, for info, and I found it that way.
