yeah I was just kidding. my daughter wants a gecko or some sort of lizard. i told her that as soon as she was willing to pick up the crickets to feed it we would talk.

how on earth did you manage that one?
mine works, but it doesn't work lol I can do most things with it but if i want to copy another dvd it seems to go weird on me. I think it over heats the disc or something.

| Briz .. geckos are easy .. we get the canned crickets (already dead) .. tried the live ones but that definately was not our cup of tea. If you have a cat ... well protect the gecko .. cats think they are toys!! (lost one gecko to that) |

well it wouldn't close right you see... and well, it just flops open now, Kinda like the way it shouldn't when it opens, and then you just have to gently nudge it back up until the tray catches and it's okay. if you wait too long, you have to push it in manually, because the motor truns off.
My son used to like to press the button, and then shove the tray back in too fast. I couldn't conscience spending $40 in shipping to have it fixed, and then have the possibility that they would charge me because they knew my son did it somehow.

My work one is like that. You know these days you can buy them cheaper than that anyway so you might as well just wait and eventually just upgrade it when you need to.

If people sign up and you have refered them you get three cents for ever sale they make. They don't lose out or anything by it. Its just an incentive program I guess.

My daughters last position on crickets of any sort is that they are icky.

we used to feed the tarantula crickets in junior high. Mrs. Alley was the weirdest science teacher ever.

The one i was looking at before was only $65 australian and it was duel layer too. Thats probably around $50 US or something.
Only two years ago they were still $600 or something lol

Yeah if it was up to me the sucker would starve. So she will have to get around the issue or choose something else. like a rock. :)

oh yeah, it bruns great. but I'm too cheap to buy dual layer discs. haha. my FiL bought it for me, so I can't complain.
