I personally learned most of what I know from here. //www.luminous-landscape.com/ have some very good articles explaining various aspects of photgraphy and digital editing.

| if you like shooting action stuff or portraiture stuff //www.skateboardphotography.com has some good tutorials and plenty of members that will tell u why your photo is the worst thing theyve ever seen, and then u go fix it. That site has taught me a lot. |

| I actually got most of my knowledge from books (not trying to be haughty, just honest). I really like having the book in hand, as convenient as I find the book. Try "The Complete Guide To Photography," by John Hedgecoe. |

besides DPChallenge, one I really enjoy is PhotoSIG. The emphasis is on critiques and it is a great place to hone your critical eye.

Nobody has mentioned //www.retouchpro.com yet so I will toss that out there. I learned more about photoshop there than everywhere else combined.
