Anyone ever done this and it worked?

Supposedly you fulfill one of the offers and get 5 other people to fulfill one offer and you get something from their website. I chose the new Ipod. Just wondering if anyone had ever actually completed this and received what they stated. Here is the link

I just search the site and saw that people who have recieved their promised gifts have taken pictures of themself with the items...looked to be about 150 photos

No one has heard about this being true? Or is this one of those things you wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole?

yes it is true, but there are hitches, like signing up for a columbia house dvd membership then getting 5 friends to do something similar

seems like a good deal, but to get 5 others to fullfill an offer seems tough.

That's why I posted here...the more I check into it the more legit it gets. These companies pay this place, freeipod.com, for referrals ...so they offer these prizes to entice people to try one of the products. If you do one of the offers and get 5 people to do one you get an Ipod, or something else of worth. I thought there might be a few here that might think it worth it to do and get them one also. Can't beat free.

You do have to sign up for one of the offers, but some were quite good when I signed up.
