was looking at Lauries PAD, and i think i quite like the buzznet set up. Any users want to tell me a bit more?

I started a PAD on there at the beginning of the year with a bunch of other DPC'ers, Laurie included. Unfortunately, I didn't do to well with it. I still post a couple times a week but couldn't keep up with the everday thing. Overall, Buzznet is alright. It has it's downtime sometimes, but it's not too bad. And I just have the basics, didn't pay to upgrade. It works for what I wanted it for. And there's a great bunch of people on there (much like DPC) that enjoy leaving comments. Overall, it's pretty nice.

My PAD on Buzznet is still going strong, haven't missed a day yet! Lots of crap but lots of shots I would never have shot or achieved had it not been for the PAD project...

Love it...the format lends itself well for projects like PAD's and allows people to comment on your photos...and it's FREE!

I've thoroughly enjoyed my buzznet experience.. I got a free upgrade from referrals and the format has been extremely user friendly. It does have some downtime occasionally, but nothing like PBase. I think that as far as the free sites are concerned, it's tough to beat. :)

PS thanks for looking at my PaD...it's been an experiment in terror! LOL
