I did a baby shoot for a friend yesterday and I'd love some comments! What could I have done better, both with processing and lighting and stuff :)

hard to think of the tecnical stuff, she's just sooo cute!

the two black&whites are the best, but just because of the facial expressions. they're all great.

first one, the focus seems too soft for my taste, but they're all very nice...

i like 2 and 4 the best...

Adorable!!! More images to make my ovaries ache ;) lol

I'm with the majority here totally diggin the expressions in the b&w shots.. all 3 but they are all pretty wonderful :) Nice work

thanks for all the great comments! I'm so happy with them!! :) She was just an amazing model, so sweet and happy, 8mos old and barly able to sit hehehe kept rolling over :P

Great job on them. I am having a baby in a few weeks (well, ok, I'm not, my wife is). You can come over and shoot him in a few months.

...wait, you live in Iceland? I'll bring him over there. You shoot junior while I wander around the landscape with my camera. :)

Very nice shots! Could you share with us the lighting setup (how many, background and so on...).

hehehe the setup you say!

Well the bakground is black cloth bought cheap in a fabric store, hung up with tape! Baby is on a table next to a window and I also bounced a 420EX...and well dat's it! Natural light with a lil extra :)

Gotta make due with what you have when your a poor student..!
