MTV - Did thewy ever show videos
BET - Not my style
CMT - Ok but never have time
VH1 - Hardly any videos
Other - DIY, HIST, HGTV

| VH1 from your list (I do remember when MTV was about videos and now you need to go to their side channels) but otherwise SCIFI and SPEED (sorry anything but oval racing but prefer F1). |

If I must choose from the list, VH1. But really, HIST, DISC, SCIFI, TLC, even SPIKE! (My significant other who is a martial artist likes to joke about how I have more testosterone than him! One day, he walked in to find me watching power tool racing on TLC, and could only stare at me in disbelief. :)
