Joey's doing some photography for his high school yearbook, so, very lucky for his school, eh.
So, it's my prediction that once the yearbook comes out, he's going to have to beat the Senior class chicks off with a stick. He will instantly be the Big Man On Campus, and as such, will have to abide by the rules of cool. Because I can only live vicariously through the achievements of others, it's important to me that Joey is successful.
Can we please use this thread to give whatever advice we have to Joey. This could become a very valuable handbook, or list.

Be humble, people hate self-centere BMOC's. Real BMOC's give the little people a reason to love them. :o)

Keep two short screwdrivers (regular and phiilips) with you and a lighter, that way you can see to unscrew the lock, and escape the locker you may find yourself shoved in

Oh, I don't know, she looks like she would fit right into Joey's world, more than the cheerleaders, that's for sure!
Deannda
But then Joey could turn the cheerleaders to the Grunge side too! |

Hey Joey...
How much for a copy?
(contemplates how much a copy of Quentin Tarantino's yearbook would go for on ebay) |

He's a teenage boy...I was one of those for a while. My advice: shower daily, if not twice daily. Hygene is the cornerstone of this big building where women like to hang out.
Also, don't bad-mouth people...ever. It is karma's favorite way to get back at you, I swear. You say something bad about a teacher, friend, or the Pope and it is bound to come back to you three-fold. When you get a call from the Vatican and ol' man Benny is as hot as a match, you'll see what I mean. He'll say 'I thought we were tight, man...what's the deal?!'...and all you can do is say you're sorry. It sucks.
Oh yeah, buy your girl(s) pajamas...they love that stuff. Here's a good place to look.

I was definately NOT the big man on campus, but one thing that I saw in most of them was that they were jerks because they treated the little guys badly. Treat everybody equally (that means as you would like to be treated) and don't make stupid choices in friends - life is a long road, dumb choices now lead to regrets that cannot be changed later. AND HAVE FUN - you're only a teen once (but don't be stupid)!
(and yes, shower daily... you stink even if you don't smell yourself) |

| Definitely treat everyone the way you want to be treated - regardless of how they treat you. Go out of your way to be nice or smile or say "hi" to the shy & quiet types (they will be running the world one day). :-) But above all, just be comfortable in your own skin and be yourself - that is more appealing to the masses than any facade you can possibly muster. |

My advice: Don't spend the weekend with your college friends at a spooky house in the woods.

Enjoy being young, fallible and getting whatever attention is directed to you. Even though you may seem invincible when you're a teen, you can benefit fom knowing that
(A) you ain't gonna get it right no matter if its dating, what clothes to wear or even who you think you wanna be 5 years from now so just enjoy who you are today and accept that sometimes you'll be a bonehead
(B) no one gets outta this thing alive; take what you get and enjoy it graciously and thankfully
(C) don't say "I love you" too fast and don't say "you're right" too slowly - it freaks girls out and then you can get 'em to be nasty . . . whoa, I meant it helps forge bonds of trust and then you can play bondage games . . . uhhhhmmm, I meant to say that people will see even more value in you than just what great art you create

Whats on the inside is a heckofalot more important than whats on the outside. Well.. maybe not when you're 16 but, trust me, when you are 40 and the looks start to go, who you are inside is still there.
Kindness is the most important trait to look for in someone you want to grow old with.

When you are the BMOC the girls will come to you. BMOC really means Be Mindful Of Crazies, so be careful.

Drink socially, talk importantly, walk tall, don't ever say your sorry unless you mean it, walk old ladies across the street, drive a convertable, get a dog, watch John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, and Chuck Bronson movies, let the chicks come to you don't ever go to them especially when drinking, rush fraternities but don't join, go to all sporting events and drama crap, wear nice cloths, get some sun, learn your wines, and always have sun glasses on with a spare close by in case you loose a pair.
