This is not an intelligence test, it's simply a fact that most peoples brains tend to skip the OF's when reading it. Calling it an intelligence test is pretty silly. It's simply a reminder of how weird your brain is.
I saw a word trick once that used a sentenc that scrabmled all the letters together in each word, keeping the first and last in their right position, and you could still read it pretty easily if you just read really fast, it was creepy.

It probably actually means that you have some sort of mental problem. Nothing that a little shock therapy can't fix :o) hehehehehe

Not so much a trick, just an indication of the huge amount of redundancy in the encoding we call English. |

not english redundancy... i actually printed out the research on that when i first saw it. it has to do with our minds completing words. gives you the ability to read ahead of your eyes so to speak. it's a really good read, i'll try to find the paper on it.

E.g., This paper, linked from this snoopes article, describing the effect, and mentioning
"At the same time, it should be appreciated that the many different
relationships between words are often highly intercorrelated, and there is considerable redundancy."

Did not meet the challenge.
There were no F's in the sentence, not a single F anywhere. Although there is in my previous sentence.

I'm a genius. hahaha
I read it backwards. Same thing I used to do when proofing exam/term papers for grammar and spelling mistakes. |
