The original movie was released in 1979 and the remake was released in 2005.

I just got the movie from Netflix, so it was fresh in my mind. Haven't watched it yet, but I remember the original scared the "you know what" out of me.

Did you catch him at the Barnes and Noble?

I did and I will be attending his lecture tomorrow night. He asked for some of my photos for his website and he said he would autograph a print of this one for me if I take it with me tomorrow night :)

For what it's worth, George does not support the new book/movie and he's brought up a slander/libel law suit against MGM over it...

It's fun getting to meet people like this. I print and frame these as part of my personal collection of 'stuff' that i hang around the house...
