LOL, think that will be my last attempt at posting a thumbnail link to a full sized pic. Found the tutorial and thought I followed it exactly, oh well, better luck next time!! LOL

You can always post a link to the photo, too.

I'm not too familiar with photobucket (is that the one that posts a bunch of urls under each photo?) but I can try and help you when I get home from work in a bit. :)

awhile back someone in here (can't remember who is was, I think it was a guy though) asked people to post some of their beginning photos with mistakes but they've kept? The one he showed was a squirrel (out of focus) with the background in focus? It doesn't sound funny but the picture was hilarious! I've tried searching for it but couldn't find it...... :/

I love this of my 10 year old and our kitty. They hang out together all the time and she's so obliging. I smile, thinking of all the ways he's dressed her and wrapped her up and she keeps coming back for more. LOL

I know which one you're talking about. And obviously you're not talking about this American Bad A$$.

Weddings are always fun :)

Heh... About 13 years ago I was hired to photograph a wedding, a real pick-up truck and mullet affair. I met with the bride and groom about 3 months prior to the date and the term bridezilla didn't do this woman justice. I was paid in full for the wedding package a week before the ceremony so I thought all was well.

On the wedding day I arrived at the brides parents house to hear the tail end of a telephone conversation that was an out and out profanity laced screaming match between bride and groom, aparently the brides ex-boyfriend was going to attend the wedding... YIKES.

During the ceremony the groom was blistering mad and the bride was in tears, but both recited the vows and said "I DO".

Outside the church the groom got into a fight with the ex-boyfriend and hurt him pretty badly, the bride got into a car with the maid of honor and sped off. (I later found out they went to the hospital where the ex was)

The groom said not to worry about the formals and we all headed over to the reception hall, shortly thereafter the police, 8 of them, showed up to arrest the groom and a scuffle broke out when the groomsmen tried to intervein. After the dust settled I went home and thought about what had just happened.

A couple of days later I got a call from the bride who said the marriage was annulled and the husband had been charged with assult on both the ex and a police officer, the bride told me to keep the $$ (I had no intention of issuing a refund anyway) and asked if I would send her the film, I did, never heard from them again.

So the next time you are hired to photograph a wedding remember to bring lots of storage media and some riot gear, there is always a chance things could get out of hand.

Don
