I believe that the 'border' rule has been modified to accommodate two color borders. Please check the updated rules...

| Hmm... I wonder if I should resubmit my current "Four" photo... I worked up a nice looking 2 color border, pretty much what I'll use for mat when I get the picture printed and framed. |

I´m so happy about this new rule because I have spoken for it in the forum many times. So therefore I have resubmitted my two entries this week. Thanks for this new rule.
