I have noticed that often I have an idea in my head about what I want to see in the picture. However, once I start shooting I see better angles or get better ideas. Sometimes shot does not come out the way I intended all together but the photo is still interesting.
So.... TELL us what were you trying to shoot and SHOW us what came out.
Here is mine:
In this photo I tried to show a person stepping over a bridge. After 20-30 shots it was not looking good. Photos just didn't have that OVER feeling. However when I got home I noticed that the foot is perfectly aligned with the bride and by looking at the position of the model new title came up.

I envisoned this as a perfect explosion of the bottle with the splash of the beer captured with droplets in the air. Well, on the last bottle I had left, I finally got something close, and this was it. I didn't have time (or bottles) to readjust and keep trying.

Heineken's doesn't look like that when it's spilled.

I used so much beer I ended up having to use 50/50 beer/water because I was running out. Oh, and I refilled the bottles with cheap beer and drank the good stuff. |
