Is using sepia tone allowable?

Ahh, this has been a subject of much debate the past few days. The overall consensus is that, yes, it is.

I say this with reservation, though, since just because it''s allowed doesn''t mean folks will accept it with open arms. If you know what I mean.

Does anyone have a link to a site that gives examples of different settings to show the effects, ie: sepia, color & b&w, on a particular photo??

Daryl,poke around in the archived challenges and you can find examples of about every photo effect and more important how well it did in the voting.
