Coz rants seems to be used for raves too!
I did suggest shortly after the move to DPC2 that we have a new fprum called Congrats for these to be posted in - I think it got lost in amongst all the many suggestions people made.
Or maybe it was poo-pooed but I don't recall seeing any responses to it.
(In Site Suggestions).

kavey, i liked your idea then and still do. i also (personally) would prefer to post congrats to the general discussion forum because (a) the rant forum no longer seems to include rave, and (b) some people have it turned off (like me), but would like to see the congrats anyway ...
